  • 2 T ketchup

  • 1 T dill relish

  • ½ T mustard

  • 1 tsp malt vinegar or red wine vinegar

  • Fresh cracked pepper, to taste

    Reuben:

  • 1 package BE Hive Slice Trky

  • 1 ½  cup sauerkraut

  • 2 (8-oz) tubes refrigerated crescent roll sheets

  • 6 slices vegan white cheese

  • 3 tbsp melted vegan butter

  • ½ T steak seasoning herb and spice blend or everything bagel seasoning

  • Kosher salt

  • Freshly ground black pepper

  • Choppped parsley for serving

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat your oven to 375

Melt the vegan butter either on low on the stove top or in the microwave

Lightly grease a 13x9 cake pan or a rimmed sheet pan with 1 T of melted butte using a pastry brush or a paper towel.

Open the first container of crescent rolls and lay down into your pan. If your sheet tears, you can pinch the ripped spots back together. Spread into the pan. Bake for 8 mins.

While that is baking, prepare your thousand island dressing by combining all the ingredients in a small bowl. Once mixed together, hold in the fridge until ready to serve. This dressing will last 4 days in the fridge, so feel free to make ahead!

After prebaking the bottom pastry, remove from the oven.

To build the reuben:Open your pack of BE Hive Sliced Trky and layer over the bottom pastry dough evenly.

Next sprinkle the roasted garlic kraut evenly over the BE Hive Sliced Trky. Top with 6 slices of your cheese of choice.

Top this with the second crescent roll sheet. Using a pastry brush, coat the top with the remaining butter. Sprinkle with steak seasoning and bake covered for 20, uncovered for 10 or until golden brown

Slice into 12 pieces and serve with the thousand island to dip.
