We hop over to the Crying Wolf in East Nashville's "sixth point" to talk to Chef Beca Lew Skeels and owners Erica and Daniel Ness about pivoting after the tragic 2020 tornado, covid, having a plant forward and inclusive menu and how to make epic vegan chicken and waffles using our Food Service Wing Meat.

Vegan Charcuterie!!?? You know it. We hop over to the Fox Bar & Cocktail Club to talk to Owner Kevin Sanders and Culinary Director Laura Gilway about their beautiful spot in East Nashville, the ties to music we all share that brought us to food, and their epic charcuterie boards available.

Afterwards, Diana walks you through a few tips to make your grazing boards IG ready at home with some of our favorite products including our own vegan pepperoni, roast beef, deli slices, coconut mozz and smokehouse cheese as well as Field Roast, Tofurkey, Daiya, Miyoko's and Treeline products!
