Chorizo tantanmen

the most epic ramen hack

This vegan tantanmen hack is SO easy and so damn good.  

you will need:
two packs of your favorite ramen
soymilk
tahini
sesame oil
soysauce
be-hive chorizo
toppings: bokchoy, scallions

Make your tare seasoning liquid with:

2T soy sauce
3 T tahini 
1 T sesame chili oil
Mix and set aside

In a small pot put 1 c of water, 2 cups of unsweetened soy milk and your flavor packets from two of your favorite ramen packs.  Top Ramen blue is plant based but there are lots of them to try and anyone will work! Stir and bring to a simmer on the stove.

Now for the protein, sauté a pack of BE-Hive chorizo until browned and fragrant. Make sure you don’t heat your broth too fast or it’ll boil over! 

boil your noodles for 2-3 mins and your ready to plate up!

Put half of your tare mixture in each bowl. 

Add your broth and mix. 

Add your noodles, you can make them ig ready   by picking them up and laying them back down. We added some blanched bok choy, slices of soft tofu, your BE-Hive chorizo, scallions and more chili oil, SPICY. This will legit impress crew. HAPPY SLURPING
